Starting November 21st, 2025, Balenciaga Music unveils a new chapter with an exclusive five-hour playlist curated by Yuki Chiba, now streaming across all major platforms via the House’s official accounts. A dedicated page on balenciaga.com links directly to Apple Music, Spotify and more.
A defining voice in Japanese hip-hop, Yuki Chiba began producing as a teenager but only stepped into the spotlight under his own name in 2024. His debut single “Team Tomodachi” went instantly viral, sparking global remixes from Duke Deuce, ¥ellow Bucks, and even Will Smith. That same year, his feature on Megan Thee Stallion’s track Mamushi (from her album MEGAN) reached number one on both U.S. and Japanese streaming charts.
For Balenciaga, Chiba assembles a sonic universe of his influences and current obsessions, an eclectic blend of genres mirroring the fluidity of his own work as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and creative force.
The launch is accompanied by a campaign featuring Chiba on stage, along with an animated tracklist presented as an SMS conversation, a visual nod to the immediacy and intimacy of music discovery today.
Through Balenciaga Music, the brand continues its mission of inviting global artists to create long-form playlists that offer an insider lens into their inspirations, cultural roots, and evolving soundscapes ready to stream anytime, anywhere.
